Administrative Certificate Courses

Texas Teacher Academy now offers three options to earn your Daycare Administrator certificate. Students can enroll in our face to face course which is conducted monthly at our office in Houston, Texas.  Additionally, we can conduct our class onsite at a location of your choice. We also have recently created an online course which allows students to complete the program in the comfort of their home.

In order to be eligible for one of our administrative courses, you will need to be at least 21 years of age, have at least two years of early childhood experience, and high school completion or GED. ONLINE COURSE

The online course provides professional training for early childhood professionals seeking to further their skills and knowledge in the management of a child care center. This course consists of 3 instructional modules. These modules focus on the core areas of competency required to manage a child care center in Texas.

Clock Hours: 30 Hours
Course Start Date: Rolling Enrollment – Start Anytime
Course End Date: 90 days from enrollment date
Tuition Cost: $500

Our online course is hosted on our partner AdvanceEdu learning management platform.

ONSITE COURSE

The onsite course provides an option for students who are more comfortable with a traditional classroom setting.  This course equips students with the skills and knowledge in the management necessary to operate a child care center in Texas.
