What is your refund policy?
We understand that students who register for training courses occasionally change thier minds for one reason or another. As such, we have established a refund policy for students who decide not to take a course. If you enroll in a course with Texas Teacher Academy but haven't started it yet, you can get a partial refund by emailing your request to TexasTeacherAcademyLLC@gmail.com within 48 hours of enrollment. The refund will be the amount of the class minus a $25 processing fee. However, once 48 hours have passed or you have started taking the course, no refunds will be allowed. If you suspect that your card has been used fraudulently, you may be able to get a refund of the amount minus the processing fee if you provide evidence to support your claim.
What are observations?
Observations will be included in your resource file. They may be completed before or after class begins, you may also download these forms from our course orientaiton. Students must have the resource file complete before being awarded a certificate of completion.
What is a resource file?
Each certificate program has a resource file that each student must complete. The work done in the resource file counts toward your total clock hours. For specific resource requirements, check on page for your certificate program and download the forms. You may start on the resource file as early as you would like. Some students start on it weeks in advance and have it completed by the time class starts.
